Learn about what triggers therapists and what triggers clients to no-show, ghost you, remain silent, act non-compliant and not follow through with goals. Participants will learn 3 rapport building techniques, how to utilize motivational interviewing and humanistic psychology to motivate clients and how to determine whether or not to pursue further work with the client.

Join our webinar! The Maryland Boards of Social Work, Professional Counselors and Psychologists all accept live interactive webinars as Category 1/A.
