I enjoyed the training and the instructors style of teaching. She used examples from her own life to properly demonstrate the points she was trying to make, as well as encouraged participants in the web seminar to think on their own experiences and if they could relate the concepts to their own participants. The videos and links that the instructor provided also helped to simulate or further educate us on the topics being presented.
