This training was deep and practical, it showed how trauma forms and how this impacts treatment. Meeting the client where they are at is so important and I never understood the significance of the therapautic bond as explained today. 

Wonderful presentation with a variety of hands-on techniques to utilize with clients. The best part, other than the variety, was the international component to it.  I believe that helps us to feel globally connected and realize our clients have similar issues globally (normalizing). Each presenter was very knowledgeable and provided clear understanding of how to utilize the techniques.

Presenter was clear and concise. Distinction between the various diagnoses in DSM of Bipolar were quite helpful. She used many examples from her own practice and research which was quite impressive. The time allotted could have been increased, but due to the short nature, I was able to return to my workday without interruption. Her resources are great and I am planning to purchase the workbooks that she recommended. I am looking forward to next week's training as well.

I found this training to be very current and useful. I have been working with children with OCD for some time, however, I learned a lot of new information and interventions I can use with children and their families. The slides were also very helpful.

Best online interactive training I have had. I usually try to go in person but this training makes me rethink my option of online trainings. I felt more involved than I have been in some in person trainings. The presenter was very knowledgeable and engaging.

This provided clinicians with a whole new way to address anger in the therapy setting. Especially on learning how to meet the child or adolescent on their level. Developing a non-reactive approach to their behaviors and getting into deeper reasons why the anger was expressed in this manner.

Liana is so easy to work with and so simple! The course was so effectively transmitted and understood. I feel I can reach out to her for help without being judged.

She presented it in a clear and concise manner without minimizing any of the material. I loved the case vignettes and actual dialogue examples that she gave.

This is a great intro training to Bipolar D/O. It goes through all of the criteria for the different diagnosis, episodes, psychotic features etc. It's clear and the instructor does a good job mixing in her experience working with individuals with BD along side describing the illness.

This training was motivating as Shlomo shared the information with authenticity and passion for the Imago model. I gained a true understanding that Imago Therapy is a model that promotes connection within the space between where couples often don't spend safe and quality time strengthening their relationships. The introduction course demonstrated this well and leaves a yerning to receive advanced knowledge. I truly believe Imago is a game-changer and can offer stonger connections not only between romantic partners, but other dyadic relationships.

I appreciated these interventions that I can utilize in actual cases and the clear explanation of when they would be appropriate and theoretical context.

I really loved the online training. It was very informative and provided new up to date information/techniques from well trained providers. Hearing presenters from all over the world teach their favorite techniques was so incredibly engaging - I really loved it!! It felt very inclusive, especially knowing that we're all working with children who are going through the same things and have the same struggles. I left the online webinar having an arsenal of new tools that I can use. Not only will I be using these techniques myself, but I will be sharing them with colleges and in my supervision groups so that my team can also use these great techniques.

It is an international play therapy conference as all the speakers are dedicated in helping children with play techniques. Their deep love of children is seem through the techniques sharing in the webinar. My heart is deeply touched by our presenters and hope to learn more from each of them. I have taken numerous trainings in the field. They were all good. This training was the most comprehensive and practical for clinical practice.

Lots of us helping professionals were suddenly faced with the challenge of moving a lot of our work online due to the pandemic. There is no doubt that engaging children online is often more challenging than in-person and it can be hard to find new online interventions at times. This course provided me with a variety of new interventions that I was able to use right away that the children enjoy! Thank you!

This is my favorite training. I have done this for the past 3 years and look forward to doing it more. I always leave with so many applicable techniques.

Both instructors presented the material on enuresis and encopresis in a very informative and engaging manner. I learned applicable techniques I can use with clients (and with my own child’s bed wetting issues) such as creating a visual bathroom map to better help a child that is dealing with this issue.

I'm happy I attended the course. I learned a lot of tools and innovative resources to engage children online. It is hard to plan and try to retain the focus of children through a monitor, but the techniques and ideas provided are fun, and children love fun. If they do not feel like it is a session or exercise, they will look forward to meeting the counselor weekly or during the scheduled time. The facilitator did a great job giving examples and including attendees to participate. Although I was in the crowd, she made me feel like a happy kid in the session. She does an amazing job with her tone, occasional smiles and making the attendees feel welcome. I will use some of what I learned today and apply it to my practice.

This presentation packs a lot of foundational knowledge into a short period of time.

This training provided a great amount of information and interventions that can be utilized with children of all ages. It was nice to have presenters from all over the world, giving various real world experiences and techniques that have been used in a variety of cultures and settings.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and presented the material in an engaging manner explaining how to help out clients to work through sexual trauma and grief and providing concrete interventions we can use in our own sessions with clients.

A very high level of competence and command over a very large breadth and depth of material, that's not at all strictly "textbook" knowledge, or too "clinical." Lots of grounded, real-world application and examples, along with plenty of insights, implications, and tips, that are clearly from actual experience, and typically not found in the textbooks or academic settings.

I enjoyed learning from a variety of professionals from around the world, and a variety of techniques that can be implemented into practice. I am looking forward to re-reviewing several as I implement them into my practice.

As a clinical psychologist and Registered Play Therapist I have had decades of training and taken countless seminars. Lynn Louise Wonders' 20 Play Therapy Interventions for Anxiety with Older Children was a delightful surprise. Her enthusiasm and deep understanding of what it takes to engage this sometimes difficult age group by using creative and engaging strategies is the best I have ever seen. The strategies were indeed creative yet presented with succinct clarity and straightforward instructions. Sometimes these seminars can be tedious at the end of which one wonders what of this will I actually use, but every strategy she taught made intuitive sense for the play therapy process and was easy to grasp. I eager to try them. At the end, she presents several short well done psycho-educational videos that could be used directly with our clients and sprinkles the entire presentation with resources. Thank-you for this engaging educational experience .

This is the most in-depth webinar presentation I have attended so far in my career as a mental health professional. I came in to this workshop not knowing much on the topic but walking away with in depth knowledge about imposter syndrome that I can immediately apply in my professional work with clients struggling with this issue.

I was able to immediately start using what I learned in training with my client that was scheduled after the training. She was very interested in the mood chart and I will definitely be exploring the various resources the instructor provided. I liked her own case examples, her use of resources and comfort level with the population she spoke about.

This training exceeded my expectations. As a pre-licensed therapist, I learned so much about Sand Tray therapy, but also play therapy in general, and various seminal theories (theoretical orientations) that can inform my practice. I walked away feeling confident in implementing sand tray therapy with clients. Dr. April is clearly knowledgeable, and is a skilled therapist, as well as presenter - she made the training fun, authentic and engaging (even as someone that watched the recorded session). It was nice to have the option to take this as a recorded training so I could complete it on my own time, and at my own pace.

I loved this home study. I am at the beginning of my journey using DBT and I feel as though I I have formed a good foundation of DBT. I found the presenter to be full of knowledge and she provided examples that were helpful. I felt eager to learn more at the end of the study.

The instructor presented the topic of child protection versus parental rights, and subsequently child right, and grandparent rights in a very interesting and engaging manner. She gave a thorough lesson of how various court cases have shaped these rights over time. Ethics and law in therapy is not always the most engaging topic and yet I found the topic/course fascinating and am curious to take similar courses given by this instructor in the future.

I thought this was a great and informative training. It was easy to follow and apply to your own personal professional development. Sueann Kenney-Noziska and Liana Lowenstein provided so much insight on how to facilitate a strong supervisory experience and how best to meet supervisee's where they are at in their professional and educational training. I appreciated the variety of interventions and techniques that could be adapted with client's and families as well as with supervisee's. The handouts and examples are wonderful and super helpful! The instructor presented the topic of learning sleep strategies to help our clients in a comprehensive and engaging manner. She presented detailed instruction on evidence based psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral treatment for insomnia as well as associated treatments and strategies to best help our clients (and even ourselves) struggling with insomnia.

Both presenters were absolutely brilliant! Very informative and engaging.

This training balances emphasis on the basics of online therapy with children and specific and useful interventions that can be done via telehealth with children. The interventions provided can be used with a wide array of focus/concentration abilities and a variety of symptoms/diagnoses. They are both fun to help with engagement, and grounding to help with kids who are easily amped up or dysregulated by physically active interventions. I appreciate the variety of interventions and that many of them can be implemented both via telehealth and in person.

The presenter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the topic, as well as engaging with the participants despite it being through webinar (vs in person). This course helped to normalize the prevalence and symptoms of trauma. As a clinician, I am now aware that many of my clients may come in with traumas, however "big' or "small" they are to the client. I appreciate the suggestions for intervention.

This training made me want to continue working with children. As a clinician that has a range of clients, I felt defeated in working with children because the classic clinical talk therapy is too advanced for children. I really enjoyed this webinar and the variety of approaches that are used by the international presenters. There were many different therapeutic approaches that I was introduced to today that would be beneficial to add to my current practice. The speakers were engaging and knowledgeable about the content being presented.

Dr. Webb's knowledge and expertise was evident thoughout the entire training. Although short, she gave us a great and helpful overview of CEN conceptulization and treatment. I really learned so much.

Core Wellness has provided some very good trainings and this was one of the best. I think it is well worth any clinician's time to take this training. I learned from three talented instructors both about theory and about interventions to use in practice with clients around regulation and anger.

As a clinician, I was so grateful to find this course. My graduate studies did not prepare me for treating eating disorders. This material has been informative and timely.

I liked that several different styles, modalities, and interventions were presented. It was helpful in making sure there was something to take away from the training for everyone (hopefully) as well as ideas for working with different age groups.

I really enjoyed how approachable and understandable Dr. Deliberto was for this training. The information was presented in a way that I was easily able to translate what I learned into practice and was immediately able to treatment plan for patients I currently am seeing. I really found this training to meet all the objectives it laid out. This was wonderful training. I highly recommend it if you are just getting into Sandtray as a new therapist. The content is immediately applicable, and the instructor teaches it in a not-overwhelming way.

This training gave practical knowledge and skills to help various clients using play-therapy techniques. It gave specific interventions to use with clients, a very brief theoretical framework and showed how to use the interventions with clients. The instructors were straight and to the point. It was the quickest three hour training I have ever been to. I was sad to have it end. It was wonderful to see so many unique techniques from all over the world. And, even more wonderful to find new ways to held the children that I work with.

There were so many interesting techniques that I heard about during this training. It was great to hear from so many experts and to learn about so many different techniques used with children, teens and families. I am not doing direct therapy right now but thought it would be interesting to hear about some of the techniques that are being used. It was very enlightening. Please continue to offer this training.

I thought the instructor was knowledgeable, but the training would have been more beneficial if there were more interventions that didn't require buying a lot of supplies. Also, I would have liked to see interventions that were simpler and would not take up the entire session or multiple sessions. Plus, things that are less messy would have been helpful because in my setting I don't have a sink nearby to wash up messes from paint or slime.

This was a great training with interventions I can use on a daily basis! I love that it was a multi-faceted approach and feel as though I obtained the best little secret from each presenter's work!

I liked the organization of theories before sharing any of the techniques. I can then read up about the theory and extend on the techniques.

This is a fantastic introduction into DBT. The facilitator was experienced and knowledgeable and gave examples of how to implement the strategies of DBT that can be used immediately with clients.

I found Dr. Treisman's training on using play and expressive arts to help traumatized children self-regulate to be extremely helpful because of the attention and care given to pacing and strategies for facilitating the integration of the regulatory skills based on the neuroscience of developmental and relational trauma.

I thought the training was relative and up to date to everyday standards that should be used in everyday practice. The trainer was precise on information and gave opportunity to ask questions and interact.

I had studied DBT some, but never in relation to a Bipolar diagnosis. The techniques and considerations given were very helpful! Treating the person and the coping behavior, rather than their diagnosis as a definition of who they are is an amazing lens to learn from! These techniques can help anyone with Bipolar, their loved ones, or anyone experiencing life stressors. Sheri was very easy to listen to and the time flew by.

This is an excellent program if you are considering setting up new telehealth services.

This training has been incredibly helpful in terms of helping me figure out how to best support my client's who struggle with eating disorders

This training was approachable and skillfully presented. I found myself walking away with a higher understanding of translating case conceptualization to treatment planning through the framework of the therapeutic powers of play. Although the trainer come from a very different theoretical background then myself I think she did a truly wonderful job exploring treatment planning from a variety of approaches which I found very helpful!
