Depression is a common medical condition that impacts millions of people each year. There are several factors that trigger depressive symptoms that include: biological history, psychosocial stressors, and/or relationship dynamics. The current webinar will focus on comparing and contrasting Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for Depression, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Depression, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression allowing clinicians an opportunity to select the best method to treat adult depression based on the presenting problem.
