To access your subscription, simply log into your Core Wellness account. For live webinars included in your plan, add the course to your cart and complete checkout (at no cost) to reserve your seat. We recommend registering at least 14 days in advance, as live webinar seating may be limited.

For on-demand courses, simply log in, select the course, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. The course will immediately be added to your account.

Subscription benefits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Core Wellness reserves the right to update subscription materials included and excluded (during the course of the subscription) and to change pricing applicable at each renewal.

No. Subscriptions are licensed to one individual and cannot be transferred or shared after activation.

While in the past we did offer monthly plans, we have found that the best value is the yearly unlimited CE plans and have thus discontinued the monthly options. Please reach out with any questions and let's see if we can help you.

Yes. Core Wellness is an approved continuing education provider through numerous national organizations, including ACE, APA, and NBCC, along with many state licensing boards.

We are also approved by the New York State Education Department for Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, and Psychology continuing education, and by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, with credits accepted by additional Maryland licensing boards.

If, within the first 30 days, you feel the subscription does not meet your needs, simply contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are no longer available once you have completed a course assessment and received a CE completion certificate. Once CE credit has been issued, it cannot be revoked.

Individual course purchases are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Corporate plans are non-refundable.

If every course within a bundle is included in your subscription type, the bundle may also be available at no additional cost.

Bundles containing excluded content (such as the Dr. Brenna Hicks Collection or live in-person events) are not included.

If you wish to continue learning after your subscription ends, you may renew your subscription or purchase individual courses separately.

Yes, simply contact us with the number of staff members you wish to sign up, the subscription type (standard or premium) you wish to purchase and we will send you a clear pricing guide. Once paid and a roster of names and emails is submitted, subscriptions are set up within 1 business day or sooner. Corporate plans are non-transferable, however, new staff members can be added at any time for the original sign up price. That new member will have instant unlimited access and the plan will end on the same end date as the oringinal staff end date.
