This webinar will provide a brief overview of the impact of relational and developmental trauma, stress, adversity, and loss on children’s bodies, brains, behaviors, emotions, sensory worlds, and relationships. The presenter will highlight several expressive, play, physical, sensory, and cognitive emotional regulation tips, techniques, and tools. Breathing and relaxation strategies will be outlined to help children, teens, and adults to find their inner calm. Several key mantras and guiding principles will also be shared.
